Administration Interface Module

AIM is the Administration Interface Module for processing management.

The platform provides all the tools you will need as a merchant to manage the billing of your business. Our production servers can be accessed 24/7 online from anywhere in the world and provide the performance and stability needed. Depending on your type of business AIM can be customized to meet your requirements.

The following functions are currently advailable: » Report options AIM offers two types of reports. A summary report and a complete transaction report. The summary report will generate a report based on the sum of transactions, credit, chargeback's and other services for the selected period. The complete transaction report will generate a report of all transactions for the selected period, and offer the possibility to view details on every transaction. » Lookup options AIM makes it easy to lookup transactions or find the details you need about customers. You can lookup transactions or customers by names, e-mail addresses, transaction id's, credit card numbers or even within periods of time. » Credit options In case of transactions that needs to be reversed, AIM offers the ability to do so by using the lookup functions and the "Credit transaction" option. » Account management Merchants using AIM are able to manage their accounts like a "Home banking" system also used by most banks. The advanced account management system gives the merchant a complete and detailed overview of every account. Merchants are also able to use a veriety of currencies. » Settlement information Our advanced settlement system gives the merchant a daily status in terms of account balance and transaction statistics. » Web terminal We provide a swift and secure way for companies to charge a credit card. Once the company has setup an account with us, we provide a login to our AIM (Admin Interface Module). From here the credit card details are entered and the transaction is completed. » br/anch or reseller setup options AIM has a build-in br/anch and reseller system. This means that we can provide a billing solution with any type of front-end required by the merchant. Reseller options are also available in AIM.
